Lynda and I want to thank you and your team for the wonderful work done remodeling our 25 year old home. Each day we feel we are living in a beautiful “new” home.
Phase I transformed our downstairs into an entertainment area that we are proud to show off to our friends and family. The flexibility and creativity in taking a concept (without formal drawings) of what we envisioned and making it a reality was outstanding. The spacious entertainment room, “grandbabies” playroom, new carpet and tile floors, drop ceiling, closets, modernized tile shower and bathroom and elegant painting all set the space off perfectly. The work done to re-route the plumbing and the rework of the HVAC system solved some big problems for us.
The custom wet bar area has drawn many compliments at the parties we have hosted since completion of the work. From the custom cabinets to the beautiful granite bar top and countertops, it truly is the show piece of our home.
Phase II transformed our upstairs into a bright and modern living space. The hardwood floors, tile floors (kitchen and both baths), new carpet (bedrooms), the beautiful tile shower in our master bath and new paint throughout has given us so much enjoyment.
You and your crews were always reliable, prompt and performed very high quality work. The sanctity of our home and our privacy was always respected during both phases of remodeling. All the workers were professional yet cordial, friendly and always minimized the “mess” at the end of each work day.
We are so glad we selected JM Remodeling for our renovation. We always pass off your name and number when we talk to friends contemplating any remodeling work in their homes.

I wanted to write and thank you for the recommendation of JM Remodeling for the renovations and repairs that we had done on the home we recently purchased. As you may recall the home was a foreclosure and was in poor repair. One of our major concerns was the expense that would be involved in bring the home up to par with the neighboring homes.
Jeff gave us a detailed estimate and met with me several times to make certain that nothing was overlooked. Because we did not have the time to make repairs ourselves I explained that we wanted the repairs and home in turn-key condition when he had finished. Jeff started the work promptly and continued on a daily basis until all of the repairs had been made. He kept on budget and did not make any additional repairs without our knowledge and consent. The work was done and finished on time and within the cost limits I had set.
When the work was completed I met with Jeff at the home to review the repairs and give him a punch list of any work that was not up to standard. No punch list was needed. All of the work had been performed in a professional manner and the residence was clean and fresh. All debris had been removed and, to be honest, the home looked nicer than the surrounding homes.
I just wanted to say thanks for the recommendation. We will certainly ask Jeff’s help in the future and would have no reservations in recommending him to other homeowners.
